The majority of our maintenance is automated and won't negatively impact your services with us. In the rare case that there is an unexpected failure or should we need to perform manual maintenace, you will be notified (usually in advance).
We have a server status page hosted externally by Hetrix Tools, which you can find here. All of our services are monitored each minute to ensure that they don't go down. In the case of emergency, one of our 24/7 technicians will respond and we'll email you with a followup once the issue has been resolved.
